Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This policy lays out how you can change or cancel a pre-order purchase.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout, and your item will ship once it's ready, typically within 6–8 weeks.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet shipped by contacting us at nabineedlepointco@gmail.com. Once your pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
